The Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa, has reiterated the Federal Government’s resolve to restore and expand Nigeria’s active footprint in international peace and security efforts.
The Minister stated this during an operational visit to the Defence Section of the Permanent Mission of Nigeria to the United Nations.
During the visit, General Musa received a comprehensive briefing on the section’s strategic activities and operational commitments from the Defence Adviser, Brigadier General EA Koleosho.
He commended the Defence Section for its professionalism and strategic engagements, assuring that the Federal Government will continue to support initiatives that strengthen Nigeria’s contributions to global peace, security and multilateral cooperation.
