Newsbuka understands that Czech First Division club FC Viktoria Plzen have signed Nigerian striker Salim Fago Lawal.
The striker linked up with the West Bohemian club from Croatian outfit NK Istra.
‎Lawal who penned a three-and-a-half-year contract with Plzen, netted 15 goals, and registered two assists during his time at Istra.
‎Viktoria Plzen and NK Istra did not disclose the transfer fee and other details of the transfer of the 23-year-old.
He will wear jersey number 70 at his new club.
Recall that Lawal was part of Nigeria’s squad at the just concluded 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
