The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has retained 150 as the minimum cut-off mark for admission into universities for the 2026/27 academic session.
JAMB announced the decision on Monday during its policy meeting in Abuja, following a vote by vice-chancellors present at the meeting.
Heads of tertiary institutions in Nigeria also agreed unanimously on the minimum admissible scores for other institutions: 150 for colleges of nursing and 100 for polytechnics.
