reaffirms Battle Readiness

‎ABUJA – The Defence Headquarters has successfully concluded a 16-week Air-to-Ground Combatant Training programme, reaffirming the Armed Forces of Nigeria’s commitment to enhancing operational capability and ensuring battle readiness.

‎In a statement, military authorities said the intensive training equipped participants with advanced combat skills, tactical coordination, precision targeting, and mission planning required for modern warfare and joint military operations.

‎The Defence Headquarters stated that the programme forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of personnel to effectively tackle emerging security threats and safeguard Nigeria’s territorial integrity.

‎It assured that the newly trained combatants are fully prepared for deployment and will contribute significantly to ongoing operations aimed at restoring peace and security across the country.
