‎Chief Eric Opah truly stands out because of the kind of person he is.

‎During my time as Deputy Managing Director (DMD) at Fortune Global Shipping & Logistics (FGSL), working directly under him, I saw him closely enough to form my own opinion.

‎In all those years, I never witnessed Chief Opah betray anyone in business.

‎He believes in fairness. When there is something to share, he makes sure everyone who deserves a share gets it. I also made it a point of ensuring that this principle was upheld.

‎What has always impressed me most is his commitment to his word. Once he gives you his word, he will do everything within his power to keep it even when keeping that promise is no longer convenient.

‎He is also the kind of man who does not easily turn his back on someone in difficulty. Even strangers who approach him sincerely have found a listening ear and a helping hand.

‎And there is one thing about him that has always stood out to me.
‎Chief Opah has never been the kind of man to turn someone away simply because they have nowhere to stay.

‎These may sound like simple things, but character is often revealed in the little things we do when nobody is watching.

‎From my personal experience, Chief Eric Opah is a man worth knowing, trusting and doing business with.
