Armed men have abducted the wife and son of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chairman in Yauri Local Government Area of Kebbi State.

‎Security analyst Zagazola Makama reported the incident on Tuesday, citing sources within the Kebbi State Police Command.

‎According to the report, the attack occurred at about 4:00am on June 22 when unknown gunmen, suspected to be kidnappers, stormed the Low Cost Area residence of Alhaji Yusuf Sani Alhassan, APC Chairman for Yauri LGA.

‎The gunmen abducted his wife, Nana Aisha Yusuf, 35, and his son, Sanusi Yusuf, 25, before fleeing to a nearby bush with the victims.
