…insists He Has Surpassed His Predecessors

‎A former Obingwa Council Chairman, Hon. Ibe Michael Nwoke says Governor Alex Otti of Abia State, has surpassed his predecessors in several areas.

‎He said in infrastructural development, the Governor is miles apart with his prediceesors, describing him as a performing governor.

‎Nwoke made the submission while speaking at the grand civic reception organised in honour of the governor, by the people of Ukwa La Ngwa Bloc at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.

‎The former Chairman of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON), Abia State chapter, said the governor’s achievements are visible across the state, describing him as a leader who came into office well-prepared.

‎In his words, “This is how governance should be. You pick a project, focus on it, and deliver within record time. It is not about lofty promises but about fulfilling campaign promises, and that is exactly what Governor Otti represents.”

‎Nwoke described the civic reception as well-deserved and long overdue, pointing out that the people of Ukwa La Ngwa are happier than ever to be associated with a governor who, he said, has restored the lost glory of Aba and Abia State in general.

‎Continuing,“The governor has done a lot in terms of infrastructure development across the state. These achievements are visible for all to see. We are proud to be associated with him because he has not only restored the lost glory of Abia State but also that of Aba. This reception is therefore, a fitting honour for hard work,” he stated.

‎Nwoke seized the opportunity to call on the people of Abia State to throw their weight behind Governor Otti for a second term in office, saying he has performed creditably and deserves a second term.
