ISTANBUL – Victor Osimhen scored twice and provided an assist as Galatasaray thrashed Erzurum FK 4-0 in their Turkish Super Lig match on Friday night.
Roland Sallai opened scoring for the defending champions in the 12th minute.
Osimhen then turned provider eight minutes later, setting up Yunus Akgün for Galatasaray’s second.
The Nigeria international got in on the goals himself on the stroke of halftime to make it 3-0 for Okan Buruk’s side.
Osimhen completed his brace 10 minutes from time, finishing off an assist from Gabriel Sara to cap a dominant display.
The 27-year-old played the entire 90 minutes.
With the brace, Osimhen has now recorded four goals and one assist in two league appearances for the Yellow and Reds this season.
