The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, Professor Segun Aina, has resolved over 5,000 pending complaints within five days of assuming office.

‎The complaints included difficulties in creating profile codes, biometric failures, payment issues, inappropriate examination venues, e-PIN problems, technical challenges, and difficulties with uploading documents.
‎
‎A statement by the Acting Director, Public Affairs and Protocol, JAMB, Fabian Benjamin, said the Registrar achieved this after strengthening the Board’s SERVICOM Unit to ensure prompt resolution of outstanding cases.
‎
‎According to the statement, Professor Aina relocated his office to the SERVICOM Unit to gain first-hand knowledge of the services being sought by candidates and to fast-track the resolution of pending complaints.

‎The statement noted that the move demonstrates the Registrar’s commitment to improving service delivery and ensuring that candidates get value commensurate with the fees paid.
‎
‎The Board said cases addressed included candidates who previously registered with telephone numbers they no longer have access to, as well as payment and technical-related issues.
