Moises Caicedo will miss Chelsea’s next match against Manchester City after picking up a yellow card in their game on Tuesday night against Bournemouth.
Caicedo was shown a yellow card for impeding Truffert as the defender surged down the left side during an attack.
Newsbuka reports that it was his fifth booking of the season, which automatically triggers a suspension, as it falls within the first 19 matches of the campaign.
Recall that this is the second time Caicedo will serve a ban this season. The Ecuadorian also received a three-game suspension after being shown a straight red card in the 1-1 draw with Arsenal last month.
