The Director General of Ikeoha Movement, Kelechi Chidiadi, has said the people of Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency have been shortchanged and given only “crumbs” in terms of federal representation.

‎Chidiadi stated this on Friday during an enlarged meeting of the movement at the country home of Rt. Hon. Christopher Enwerenmadu.

‎He said Sir Uzoma Ihuka, the APC candidate for Isiala Ngwa North/South, represents what the people want, and expressed confidence in his capacity to deliver and give the constituency a new course.

‎“Representatives elsewhere are attracting gigantic projects. With Ikeoha, those things are sure. We are talking about things like the Inland Container Depot,” the DG said.

‎He added that under Ikeoha, the people would not be given “sticks of cassava” but real dividends of democracy.

‎According to him, Ihuka has not wronged anyone and has the capacity to attract federal projects and institutions to the area.

‎The DG charged members and coordinators of the movement to deliver their wards in the 2027 elections. He said their effectiveness would be tested and that is why the Ikeoha Movement should be talked about.

‎He urged members of Ikeoha and Ojingaji Eri movements to embrace change and market their candidate, saying those currently representing the constituency have not attracted much in terms of representing the people.
