Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has said that reforms introduced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu are helping states to deliver massive projects and meet salary and pension obligations without borrowing.

‎Governor Radda made this known on Sunday at the Tinubu/Dikko Assured, TDA, 2027 Islamiyya Teachers’ Empowerment, School Commissioning and Virtual Commissioning of 45 Solar Streetlights held at the Continental Events and Sports Complex, Katsina.
