Troops of 12 Brigade have neutralized a suspected terrorist in Odoape-Adankolo Forest, Kabba/Bunu LGA, Kogi State, as part of efforts to combat terrorism.
Security expert Zaragoza Makama in a post on his verified X handle, said the incident occurred March 23, 2026, around 2 pm, during a fighting patrol.
The suspect was identified as a notorious terrorist involved in intelligence provision, kidnappings, cattle rustling, and supplying logistics to terrorist groups.
Meanwhile, the military has once again reaffirmed its commitment to aggressive patrols and intelligence-led operations to curb criminal activities and protect residents.
