ASABA — Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved the appointment of two new commissioners and members into the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, and the Delta State Judicial Service Commission.
A statement on Friday by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Kingsley Emu, the Governor named Mr. Brave Oyinkoro Enodeh and Mr. Ogodo Emokiniovo Moses as the new Honourable Commissioners.
Mr. Cosmas Igbenije was also appointed as a member of the DESOPADEC Governing Board.
For the Judicial Service Commission, the Governor appointed Joseph Obiananma Ojobu, Esq., Chief James Omanudhowho Obeowou, and Barr. Fun-Ebi Edonyabo as members.
According to the statement, the appointees will be sworn in on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba.
