Imo First Lady, Chioma Uzodimma, has described the relationship between Nigeria and Israel as one built on shared history, culture, innovation, and diplomatic partnership.
She stated this during Israel’s 78th Independence Day celebration held in Abuja on Tuesday.

Posting on her verified X handle, she said the event was held on the invitation of the Embassy of Israel in Nigeria.
Uzodimma described Israel’s journey over nearly eight decades as a global example of resilience and technological advancement.

She noted that collaboration in agriculture, technology, and education continues to build a foundation for mutual prosperity between both countries.
“May this partnership continue yielding meaningful opportunities for both our people,” she added.

Israel’s 78th Independence Day, also called Yom Ha’atzmaut, marks the country’s declaration of independence in 1948.
