Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has sworn in 20 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to strengthen the state’s civil service.
The governor disclosed this in a post on his X handle on Friday.
He wrote, “In line with the provisions of the Imo State Civil Service, today, I swore in 20 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to strengthen our commitment to a robust, efficient, and effective public service for our dear State.”
”This elevation is not merely a recognition of their experience and dedication; it is, more importantly, a call to greater responsibility and service.”
”I, therefore, charged the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to uphold the highest standards of patriotism, professionalism, integrity, and accountability in the discharge of their duties.”
