Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has dissolved the State Executive Council.
‎
‎Newsbuka reports that the dissolution was announced on Thursday and takes immediate effect.
‎
‎The Governor directed all commissioners and special advisers to hand over to the permanent secretaries or the most senior officers in their respective ministries.
‎
‎He expressed gratitude to the outgoing members of the Executive Council for their service and wished them well in their future endeavours.
‎
‎The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Onwuka Nzeshi revealed this in a statement on Thursday.
