For those asking what Hon. Barr. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, Ph.D “forgot” in the National Assembly, the answer is simple. She left behind a standard.

Today, Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency is feeling the vacuum. Employment opportunities have dried up. Federal presence is dwindling. Infrastructure projects have stalled. And the voice that once resonated with dignity and intelligence on the floor of the Green Chamber is no longer heard.
Hon. Onyejeocha was more than a lawmaker. She was a force. Her motions commanded attention. Her bills drew respect. Her interventions in Abuja opened doors for our sons and daughters. With experience and strategy, she navigated the corridors of power and brought home institutions, jobs, and projects that changed lives.
During her time, we saw the establishment of the Federal Polytechnic Ngodo Isuochi and the Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering College in Amuda Isuochi. We saw gully erosion control in Oguduasa, the Obulo Eziama Bridge, and the High Court Complex in Nkwoagu.
These achievements were not by accident. They were the product of experience, tact, and relentless advocacy for our people.
But sentiment swept reason aside in the last political cycle. The result is a representation that is struggling to find its footing, unable to attract federal institutions or secure opportunities for our constituents.
The people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi now know the cost of inexperience. We know what it means to have a representative who cannot speak with authority, cannot negotiate effectively, and cannot deliver results.
Nigeria needs Hon. Onyejeocha’s experience again. More importantly, Isuikwuato/Umunneochi needs her back.
We need a lawmaker with the capacity to attract development. A lawmaker who understands the bureaucracy, commands respect in the Chambers, and can stand firm for our constituency.
Come 2027, the choice is clear. It is time to correct the course. It is time to bring back experience that delivers.
