The Police Service Commission, PSC, has disowned a fake police recruitment shortlist circulating on social media and warned applicants not to fall victim to fraudsters.
The Commission said no shortlist for medical examinations has been released, as evaluation of the written examination is still ongoing.
It added that successful candidates will be notified only through official channels – email, SMS, and the recruitment portal – once the assessment process is concluded.
PSC urged the public to disregard the fake list and remain vigilant against individuals seeking to exploit applicants.
The Commission reiterated that the recruitment exercise is completely free and no payment is required at any stage.
