Abia First Lady, Mrs Priscilla Otti, has commended the President of the National Association of Women Judges of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Monica B. Dongban-Mensem, CFR, for inviting her to the International Association of Women Judges, IAWJ, African Regional Conference.
Mrs Otti stated this on Tuesday in a message shared on X after attending the opening ceremony of the conference as Special Guest at the Body of Benchers Complex, Abuja.
“I express my sincere gratitude to the President of the National Association of Women Judges of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Monica B. Dongban-Mensem, CFR, for the kind invitation,” she said.
The conference, convened under the theme “Promoting Excellence in the Administration of Justice,” brought together distinguished jurists, policymakers, legal practitioners, and stakeholders from across Africa and beyond.
Organisers said deliberations during the sessions will centre on strengthening justice systems, enhancing judicial integrity, and expanding access to justice for all.
Mrs Otti also wished participants fruitful and impactful engagements throughout the conference.
