The All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia State Chapter, has congratulated all the candidates of the party who emerged victorious in the National Assembly and Governorship Primaries conducted by the National Working Committee (NWC) and will fly the flag of the party in the 2027 general elections.
In a statement on Wednesday by the Publicity Secretary of the party in the state, Chief Uche Aguoru, Abia APC described their emergence as a testament to the confidence reposed in the leadership’s capacity, dedication to service, and unwavering commitment to the ideals and vision of the APC.
The party expressed confidence that, working together, they will secure overwhelming victories at the polls and take over governance at all levels in Abia State.
”The APC expresses profound appreciation to the National Chairman of our great party, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, and members of the National Working Committee (NWC) for conducting a transparent, credible, and fair primary election that provided every aspirant with an equal opportunity to participate”.
Abia APC urged all aspirants that were not successful to remain steadfast, demonstrate the spirit of sportsmanship, and rally behind the party’s candidates.
It said there are no losers in the APC family, saying, “The greater task before us is to work together in unity, solidarity, and determination to deliver victory for our great party at all levels as we prepare to take over governance in Abia state”.
The party also appreciated the teeming supporters and loyal members of the party in Abia State for their continued faith, sacrifices, and unwavering support.
Expressing optimism that with their support, together, they will build a stronger, more united party and achieve resounding success in the 2027 General Elections.
The party wished them well, adding “Congratulations once again to all our victorious candidates. We wish you successful and impactful campaigns as we march together towards victory in 2027.”
