Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has expressed appreciation for his appointment as chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, National Campaign Council for the upcoming Ekiti State governorship election.
The governor said he is honoured by the trust reposed in him by the party and pledged to lead the campaign council with dedication to ensure victory for the APC in Ekiti.
“I am grateful to the party leadership for this responsibility. We will work as a team to mobilise support and deliver a resounding victory for our party and the people of Ekiti,” Uba Sani stated.
The APC National Working Committee recently inaugurated campaign councils for the Ekiti governorship poll, with governors and senior party leaders appointed to lead mobilisation efforts across the state.
Ekiti State is scheduled to hold its governorship election later this year, with the APC seeking to retain the seat.
Uba Sani was named to head the national campaign council based on his experience in party mobilisation and his role in delivering Kaduna State for the APC in previous elections.
