YOLA — The Fintiri 1000 Housing Estate in Malkohi, Yola South Local Government Area, is now fully completed and ready for occupation.
The project, delivered under the administration of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, is designed to directly tackle housing challenges in Adamawa State and provide affordable, modern accommodation for residents.
The estate comprises 1,000 modern housing units. This includes 600 two-bedroom flats and 400 three-bedroom flats, built within a well-planned residential community.
According to officials, the estate was developed with critical infrastructure to ensure comfort and safety for occupants.
Other features include: Maximum security for residents, table electricity supply, portable water among others.
Governor Fintiri has described the estate as part of his administration’s commitment to improving the living standards of the people of Adamawa State.
With the completion of the Malkohi estate, the state government says it is taking a major step toward making housing issues “a thing of the past” for many families in the state.
The project is already generating excitement across the state, with many describing it as another example of the *#FintiriIsWorking* agenda and the push for a *#GreaterAdamawa*.
