…declares His Ambition Their Project
In a sweeping show of solidarity, the Ohu-Ama Uratta Council of Village Heads, Ndi Isiopara, women and youths have anointed APC flagbearer, Chief Uzoma Ihuka, for Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency and pronounced Uratta APC territory ahead of 2027.
At a meeting on Thursday at Chief Ihuka’s country home in Umuoha, Isiala Ngwa North LGA of Abia State, they declared Chief Ihuka’s ambition as their project, vowing to mobilise to ensure his victory in 2027.
Ohu-Ama Uratta, speaking with one voice, offered prayers for Chief Ihuka’s success in the upcoming polls and affirmed that Uratta has collected its ticket.
The council issued a final warning against any “Shanghai” maneuver to steal what they described as their “gold.”
Responding, the APC candidate for Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency, Chief Uzoma Ihuka, emphasised that the ticket belongs to Uratta, citing the Igbo proverb: _”L’oji abu nwata nvuta eju ya abia ezi ndi Okommadu.”_
He thanked them for their unalloyed support and assured that when he emerges as their Representative, he will attract federal presence to Isiala Ngwa.
