…reaffirms Battle Readiness
ABUJA – The Defence Headquarters has successfully concluded a 16-week Air-to-Ground Combatant Training programme, reaffirming the Armed Forces of Nigeria’s commitment to enhancing operational capability and ensuring battle readiness.
In a statement, military authorities said the intensive training equipped participants with advanced combat skills, tactical coordination, precision targeting, and mission planning required for modern warfare and joint military operations.
The Defence Headquarters stated that the programme forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of personnel to effectively tackle emerging security threats and safeguard Nigeria’s territorial integrity.
It assured that the newly trained combatants are fully prepared for deployment and will contribute significantly to ongoing operations aimed at restoring peace and security across the country.
