In demonstration of their revolve to ensure the victory of the PDP in the forthcoming general elections, especially the emergence of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the next president of Nigeria, members of PDP New Generation, Abia state Chapter has embarked on sensitization campaign, TAGGED MOP UP CAMPAIGN to enlighten the electorate on the need to cast their votes massively for the PDP candidates in the February 25th presidential and National Assembly elections, as well as March 11th Governorship and State House of Assembly elections.
Speaking at the rally which took the members round the major streets and markets, the Abia state Coordinator PDP New Generation, Hon, Ikechukwu Gbaruko said that a vote for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is a vote for a new Nigeria.
Hon, Gbaruko maintained that PDP remains the party of choice in Nigeria, pointing out that with Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the president of Nigeria the issue of insecurity, bad economy, unemployment among other nagging issues in the country will be a thing of the past.
He advised the traders, transporters and entire Abians to have confidence in the ability of Alhaji Atiku to transform the country for the good of all by voting for him and other PDP candidates.
The Abia state Coordinator PDP New Generation, described Alhaji Atiku Abunakar who is the PDP presidential flag bearer as a unifyier and a leader who is passionate and determined to rescue the nation and place the citizens on a higher economic pedestal.
He said that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar having served as the Vice President of Nigeria understand the problems of Nigeria and has solutions to them.
