Erondu Jnr Appreciates Uhie Widows with Incentives

The flag bearer of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP for Obingwa West State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Elder Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr., has said he cannot stop thanking God for His abundant blessings and healing hand.

Erondu Jnr., also applauded widows from villages in Uhie for their fervent prayers in time of ill-health just as he appreciated Ndi Ezeji Oha Ngwa, for visiting him and rendering supplications for a bountiful yam harvest.

The astute politician who spoke on Saturday while welcoming widows across Uhie, numbering more than 1,000 together with Ndi Ezeji Oha Ngwa, said God has been faithful in every facet of his life as He has continued to bless him beyond limitations.

Igodo Igwe as he is fondly called by his supporters, associates among others, said God blessed him by giving him an abundant yam harvest, stating that the only way to appreciate God for His exceeding blessing, was to give some to the widows who through their prayers will intercede for an abundant harvest in 2023.

Erondu Jnr., who also used the opportunity to call for peace among the people of Uhie, enjoined all to shun divisive tendencies that will undermine the growth of Ndi Uhie and Obingwa in general.

He also commended the Royal fathers led by the Traditional Ruler Abayi Ancient Kingdom, Eze Dr. Nwabiaraije Eneogwe for their visit and royal blessings and supplications, expressing optimism that with their blessings, the seedlings to be planted next year will equally produce abundant seeds.

Responding, the Traditional Ruler Abayi Ancient Kingdom, Eze Dr. Nwabiaraije Eneogwe, said they came to identify with him in his joyous moment and to appreciate God for what He has been doing for their son Erondu Jnr., stating that God ensures that there is bountiful harvest and as such the celebration of abundant yam harvest is not fetish. as recorded in Deuteronomy chapter 16 verse 9.

He lauded Erondu Jnr., for impacting the lives of Ndi Uhie positively, just as he used the medium to pray for long life and more open doors in all his endeavours.
