Comrade Lukman revealed that the Ministers of Transport, Labour and Employment should resign their positions immediately, stressing that Ngige for instance has failed to negotiate properly with the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU, to ensure that the strike is called off while the Transportation sector, has also witnessed skirmishes, noting that it’s unreasonable for these duo who are failures in their offices to decide to run for the President of Nigeria.
He said the APC government has been given enough time to perform, reiterating that highways are attacked, Nigerian defence academy has equally been attacked by ISWAP, while Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen are attacking on daily basis, insisting that APC has failed woefully.
Comrade Lukman stated that before now, there were no traces of agitations, but now they have doubled because their is inequality, segregation, unemployment, insecurity of lives and property among other ills.

He said their critical review of youthful Governorship aspirants across the 36 states of the federation have shown that Abia state is one of the states with practical young men running for office of the Governor under the PDP, calling on Nigerians and the People Democratic Party family nationwide to congratulate and count Abia State Lucky for this stride.
Comrade Lukman called on Abia PDP to ensure that a youth emerges victorious in the Primaries of the party, saying that Abia is lucky to have youth in the race including Lucky Igbokwe a.k.a Don Lulu among others in the race, maintaining that Abians need a pragmatic young person as Governor instead of recycling old politicians that have relegated the interest of the youth to the background.
On the question as to why Abians should stick with the PDP despite being adjudged a failed party in the State, the PDP youth leader said there is no leadership without challenges, noting that this has necessitated the clamour for a youth who understands modern style of leadership, stressing that if this is done, Nigerians, Abians will smile.
