A reputable Radio Station in Abia State, Flo 94.9 FM, Umuahia, has pledged it’s readiness to partner Abia Online Media Practitioners Association (OMPAN) in the area of media outreach and information dissemination.
The Station Manager, Mr. Sampson Eze who dropped the hint on Tuesday during a courtesy visit to his office in Umuahia by the Executives of OMPAN, said the station is open to partnering Abia Online Media Practitioners Association as a critical stakeholder and big player in the media industry.
He said Flo FM Radio has long embraced digital technology, informing that it has helped the station in the area of information gathering and dissemination.
Eze further urged the online media practitioners to see themselves as big partners in the process of information gathering and dissemination, adding that online Media Practitioners are critical stakeholders that have a role to play.
He congratulated the new executive officials for their emergence, noting that the demand for their services is very critical.
Earlier in his speech, the Chairman of Online Media Practitioners Association (OMPAN) Chief Paddy Anyatowu said the new officials deemed it necessary to ask for collaboration with Flo FM Radio as a player in the electronic media as well as to inform the management of Flo FM that OMPAN new Exco has emerged.
