The Speaker, Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has described the Secretary to Abia State Government, Barr Chris Ezem, as a brother and a dedicated Aide to the Governor whose peaceful mien is an asset to the State.
He stated this in his message to the SSG on the occasion of his birthday on Friday.
While praying God to continue to imbue the SSG with wisdom, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji wished him a happy birthday, long life and prosperity.
