Reports say twin explosions have hit the centre of the Ugandan capital Kampala.
It was learnt that one blast occurred close to the parliament, with the other going off near the city’s police headquarters.
A reporter for NTV Uganda informed that he saw pieces of flesh scattered in the road, adding that people may have been killed or injured in the explosions.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filing the report, the cause of the blast was not immediately clear but the Ugandan authorities have blamed previous bombings on Islamist militants.
