In a bid to check hoarding of products by fuel station operators, the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has constituted a taskforce to beam searchlight on marketers.
The Chairman of IPMAN, Kano Zone, Alhaji Bashir Danmallam, made this known on Monday in a statement made available to newsmen in Kano.
He stated that the task force would work in synergy with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to ensure availability of fuel at filling stations across the country.
As for punishment that will be meted to defaulters, the chairman said any marketer found hoarding products would be dealt with.
