A pan-Igbo socio-cultural organisation, “Nkuko Ndigbo”, is calling on the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government to drop all charges against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The group berated the approach of the government on the trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, maintaining that the matter required a political solution in dousing the tension in the Southeast and the polity at large.
The call was contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Umuahia by the Publicity Secretary, Edomobi Promise.
