Liverpool went two points clear of Chelsea at the top of the premier league on Saturday after a scintillating performance in which Mo Salah scored a stunner and Roberto Firmino scored a hat trick.
Sadio Mane opened the scoring after nine minutes with a wonderful strike following Mohamed Salah’s brilliant pass.
Liverpool’s second came in the 37th minute as Roberto Firmino tapped in a James Milner cross, before then scoring again in the 52nd minute.
Furthermore, Liverpool were four goals up just two minutes later, as Salah netted a stunner. Firmino capped off a joyous game for the visitors by completing his hat trick in the dying second.
